There are 6 wall mounted flat screen HDTV's throughout this condo, all with DVD players. . The 1st master bedroom has a sunken tub, 2 granite sinks, a separate shower with 2 shower heads, a make up station, 8’ sliding glass doors with balcony access, a king bed, a wall mounted tv, and a rocker recliner. The 2nd master suite features a king bed, 8' sliding glass doors with balcony access, a wall mounted tv, a swivel glider, & a walk in closet. The 3rd master suite has a queen bed, 2 wall mounted hdtv's with built in dvd players, a desk, a daybed w/ trundle, 8' sliding glass doors with balcony access and a huge walk in shower. The 4th bedroom has 2 twins beds. There is also a laundry room with a full capacity, high efficiency, washer and dryer.
Enjoy breathtaking views from every window in the condo. You will love the "huge" state of the art kitchen with granite counters, an island, 2 separate sinks and stainless steel appliances. This condo also features high speed wireless internet, multiple dvd players, 10' ceilings, and a 50" smart wall hung tv with a dvr, in the living room.
Ocean Vistas was built just a few years ago and offers a full workout room with the latest equipment including built in tv's on the equipment.They also have a fully furnished 2nd floor lounge and sundeck along with a 70" hdtv, pool table, and a fireplace in the club room. The conference room has a copy machine, fax, and computer with internet access,. This building also boasts a heated oceanfront "salt water" pool, hot tub, fire pit, and multiple tables, chairs, and chaise lounges along the ocean. Most realtors in the area refer to this building as the "crown jewel of the beach"
In the summer, the county usually has a lifeguard stand, food truck, and rental truck parked on the beach in front of our building. This condo does come equipped with beach chairs, and beach towels and toys.. And corn hole boards on the balcony.
